Group Long Runs
IN PERSON OFFERING
Group Long Runs are perfect for any athlete that is looking for a group format workout. These workouts are designed to support athletes building base mileage and provide conversational pace long runs/walks.
The Long Runs are formatted for 12+ minute/miler. All skill levels welcome.

VIRTUAL OFFERING
Customized Training Plans are ideal for athletes of all skill levels, wanting additional support in mapping out a weekly workout plan tied to a specific goal. Training Plans will be released weekly or monthly, and will accommodate other factors that come into play when being an athlete: work schedules, family obligations, travel, etc.
Coach Kristin provides 3-5 workouts a week, reviews progress, and offers feedback for enhance fitness. Each plan comes with a weekly Accountability Check In. These can be any virtual platform or phone call.

VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON OFFERING
Coaching Consultations are ideal for athletes who want individual time with Coach Kristin to discuss…anything! You set the agenda. Some examples include: reviewing and offering feedback on your own written training plan, race day preparations, overall fitness and next steps…wherever you are in your journey and what you want to discuss is the main agenda!
These calls can be on any virtual platform, phone, or in person! Sessions are on the 50 minutes.

Group Fitness Classes
IN PERSON OFFERING
Group Fitness Classes are ideal for athletes wanting to improve on their strength and endurance. All levels are welcome and workouts are customized and designed for the group. Fitness sessions combine dynamic warm up, the workout, and a proper cool down. Sessions are 50 minutes.

Individual Coaching Sessions
IN PERSON OFFERING
Individual Coaching Sessions are ideal for athletes who want individual support, either in executing a workout, completing the work out side by side, or form checking. These sessions are ideal for athletes who need 1:1 support and guidance in completing a workout. Unless provided, workouts are written by Coach Kristin. Sessions are 50 minutes. Each session includes a dynamic warm up, the workout, and proper cool down.
